  • To prepare these yummy Bloomed Potato Cheesy Muffins recipe, prep up with all the ingredients first.

  • In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, oil, salt and water and knead to make a stiff pastry dough. Cover it with a damp cloth.

  • Boil the potatoes and mash them. Add oregano, salt, black pepper powder, dry basil and rosemary and mix well.

  • Apply butter generously along the muffin cases.

  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.

  • Meanwhile, roll the pastry dough into thin round shapes and place them on the muffin cases.
